IHG Signed For Crowne Plaza Taiba Riyadh In Saudi Arabia

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with Al Aqeeq Real Estate Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiba Investments, for Crowne Plaza Taiba Riyadh. Located on Makkah Al Mukarammah Branch Road, the new-build hotel is expected to open in June 2025.

Crowne Plaza Taiba Riyadh will feature 192 rooms and 110 serviced apartments for both transient and extended-stay guests. Matching the new brand’s design, the property will have F&B offerings including a lobby lounge, all-day dining and a café. Furthermore, the hotel will dispose of 200 sqm of meeting space, just as fitness and recreational facilities.
