Construction starts on Hyatt Regency Hotel and Convention Center in Conroe, USA
The City of Conroe has announced the start of construction works in early September for Hyatt Regency Conroe and Convention Center, USA. The city works with development manager Garfield Public/Private. The Grand Central Park master-planned community project will be home to the Hyatt Regency hotel and convention center.

Located on I-45 just south of Loop 336, the new Convention Center is expected to attract conferences, executives and groups doing business in the area, as well as weekend leisure travel. Set to be in operation in the second quarter of 2023, the Hyatt Regency Conroe hotel will feature 250 guest rooms and include a range of amenities such as a full-service restaurant, bar, pool deck, fitness facility, and a market. The convention center will consist of 41,000 square feet of space, in addition to a 15,000 square foot grand ballroom, 8,000 square foot junior ballroom, 8,000 square feet of breakout and boardrooms, and pre-function space. The convention center can accommodate multiple conferences, weddings, and other events simultaneously, as well as fine dining and entertainment for city residents.
